Our foundation
The Green Tree Foundation was founded on the principle of Environmental Ethics, rooted in the belief that environmental degradation is not simply a result of natural change, lack of data, or limited resources—but stems from the dominant worldview that separates humans from nature.
Modern industrial society promotes the idea that nature exists to serve humanity, with limitless resources to exploit. This belief justifies overconsumption and the pursuit of economic growth at the cost of the environment. As long as this mindset persists, we cannot escape the ongoing environmental crisis.
In response, the Foundation promotes a “Sustainable Earth Worldview”, which sees Earth as a living system and humans as part of, not apart from, nature. This perspective focuses on four core principles:

Ecological Understanding
Study natural systems to live in harmony with nature’s laws and ensure biodiversity and ecosystem stability. -
Rights of All Beings
Recognize the rights and roles of all living creatures—not just humans—in the ecological community. -
Protection Through Compassion
Value love, care, and joy over materialism. Restoration and preservation of nature must be guided by empathy and a long-term vision. -
Green Economic Ethics
Use natural resources responsibly. When intervention is needed, it must be done sustainably and with deep respect for ecological limits.
Ultimately, we believe humans are just one part of a vast, interconnected web of life. To separate ourselves is to ignore the system we depend on—causing harm not just to the Earth, but to ourselves.
Environmental Ethics shifts our values from human-centered exploitation to a shared responsibility with nature. By recognizing our place in the natural world, we can build a future rooted in mutual respect, sustainability, and true well-being.
Vision/Mission
Green Trees Foundation has operated activities for supporting and counselling in many areas of the country in order to develop sustainable communities, quality of life, lifestyle and culture, to let them be able to help themselves, as well as to create a stable coexistence between humans and the environment, both present and future generations. The Green Trees Foundation has created partnerships with other agencies, organizations, both public and private, both domestic and international, consisting of individuals, groups of people in various backgrounds with the vision and common purpose to preserve the environment, community life, create a balance between exploitation and development, including support for sustainable development without any hope of return under the management of the Green Trees Foundation that focuses on the moral and integrity as importance to let other projects under the organizations can be operated steadily by following objectives:

Educate the community in order to raise awareness of caring the environment, create a balance between the lifestyle, environment, and local culture, as well as the coexistence between development and sustainable livelihoods.

Promote and support education in the form of research, education, training, seminars, study tours and various aspects related to the social, environmental and community sanitation.

Promote the development of knowledge and technology for the environment, sanitation technology including environmentally friendly technology, the development of alternative energy, and energy conservation.

Establish conservation and nature preservation network and community as the coordinating center according to the Green Trees Foundation's vision.
