The Green Tree Foundation organized a workshop to exchange knowledge on the topic of “Comprehensive Waste Management Project for Environmental Management in Chiang Mai City”, which was attended by representatives from community networks, local agencies, academics, and civil society to brainstorm and find waste management methods that are appropriate for the context of Chiang Mai City.
This conference emphasizes the participation of all sectors by exchanging knowledge and experiences from different areas and promoting the concept of “waste is a resource” to move towards becoming a city that manages waste comprehensively, including reduction, separation, recycling and reuse systematically.
Because we are all important forces in creating a livable city, the Green Tree Foundation would like to be a part of the driving force for a clean, green and sustainable community for all of us.
